Operator Procedures/Training

Ensuring only adequately trained or skilled personnel can perform a particular task at any given point in the production process, is vital to ‘Best in Class QA.’

The XLogix Operator Procedures and Training module keeps an up to date record of all training given to each individual member of staff, when updates and reviews are due and dates for the delivery of any future training requirements. This can be combined with the Time and Attendance module, to enable a feature-rich Operator Utilisation system.

Authorisation levels are then applied to individual personnel, which in turn controls the functions within the process they are authorised to perform.

An unauthorised operator will be unable to log on to perform a task for which they have not been given adequate training, thus ensuring consistent high quality finished products, and moreover reducing the risk of accidents and possible injury from incorrect machinery operation.
