QA Check Sheets

Quality Assurance in many organisations requires a well organised and procedure driven methodology. This is particularly prevalent within the Food and Beverage Industry where stringent compliance and regulatory requirements must be met. Many manufacturers rely heavily on paper based systems that are manually updated. The downside to this is that they are prone to misinterpretation, and consequently a high risk of errors.

XLogix QA Check Sheets are a much improved alternative, as they are screen based with on-screen prompts to guide the operator through the recording and updating process of QA checks and inspection tasks. A typical example would be where a critical in-process check is required to assess conformance against a pre-defined set of criteria. The XLogix QA Check Sheets are configurable to incorporate rules and acceptable tolerances with a ‘Traffic Light’ validation stage that confirms or alerts if a non-conformance issue is highlighted.
