Traceability

The XLogix Traceability module provides an effective, accurate and reliable traceability solution to meet these requirements.

XLogix Traceability can incorporate the recording of all batches of ingredients and materials received, stored and consumed within the production process. In addition to this all QA and Statistical Process Control checks (SPC) can be recorded at each stage of production, together with the ability to alert QA staff regarding issues of non-conformance.

Standard enquiry screens and reports allow users to select, filter and drill through all of the traceability data recorded. A key benefit of this is that it is entirely paperless and environmentally friendly.
