Product Database

Product Database administration sits at the very core of XLogix and incorporates defining product specifications, stocking policies, units of measure & pricing structures. If the product is a manufactured product then routes through production and constituents of a product, (‘Bill Of Materials’ making up the end product), can also be pre-defined. Warehouses and locations determine the physical locations of products when stored on site.

The Product Database is also the area where Traders, (Customers & Suppliers), are set up together with associated relationship rules in terms of pricing, discounts, part matrices etc.
