Accurate monitoring and tight control over raw materials inward and finished goods outward is vital for robust audit purposes, and maximising of profitability.

The XLogix Weighbridge Management Module accurately monitors and records raw materials inwards by the weighing of delivery vehicles on arrival and departure. This information is then logged against specific Purchase Orders to ensure accurate accounting for invoices payable.

Similarly, accurate invoicing is applied to despatched goods by Taring the Unladen Vehicle, and determining precise weights by comparing this data against the departing laden vehicle.

An additional advantage is the ability to operate as a Public Weighbridge, by offering a ‘weigh and pay’ service to local farmers and businesses.
