Time & Attendance/Human Resources Management

The XLogix Human Resources Management module allows organisations to manage and store a variety of staff records allowing employers to track employee details, holidays, sickness, accidents, time and attendance and more. Staff can be classified into groups e.g. permanent, part-time, contract and temporary, with the additional benefit of being able to allocate them to specific departments and shift patterns. Skill patterns may also be defined and assigned to individuals or groups and are used by the Scheduling module to allocate the correct resource against production operations.

Detailed records can be held of all training and courses attended by employees with the ability to add relevant comments e.g. expiry dates etc. User defined reports can be generated to analyse all manner of staff activity.
