Sales Order Processing

The XLogix Sales Order Processing module allows manufacturers to quickly and accurately input and manage incoming customer orders. It is designed to deal with complex pricing and discount issues together with the ability to assign available stock for immediate dispatch.

Having easily accessible customer details to hand is key to good customer service, and the ability to view all outstanding orders at the press of a button and drill down to the source data to answer any queries without the need to trawl through multiple screens is hugely beneficial.

Items that have been quoted for previously can quickly and easily be converted into a sales order eliminating the need to re-enter data. “Back to back” works and purchase orders can be raised within the sales order entry screen alleviating the need to run complex MRP programs.

A range of standard reports are available allowing users to forward plan the Collation and Dispatch of outstanding orders. The Charting module can be used to show graphical representation of detailed sales analysis and customer buying trends.
